Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and stir to mix well.
  2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours or LOW for 4-6 hours, until potatoes are fork-tender and sausage is heated through.

Notes

Use smoked or precooked Italian sausage for best results, as it only needs to heat through. Fresh green beans provide the best texture; add them later if cooking on low to avoid over-softening. For extra flavor, garnish with Parmesan cheese or fresh herbs.
