For the Crust:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix cake mix, pumpkin puree, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined. Spread batter evenly in the pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until edges are set but center is still slightly gooey. Let cool completely.
- For frosting, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, milk, and cinnamon, beating until creamy. Spread over cooled cake.
