Ingredients
Scale
- 2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter
- 5 ounces granulated sugar
- 5 ounces brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon LorAnn Peach Super-Strength Flavor
- 1 cup diced peaches (fresh or canned)
- 12.5 ounces all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (for rolling)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for rolling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Beat butter on medium-low speed until creamy. Add both sugars and mix until combined and creamy.
- Mix in LorAnn Peach Super-Strength Flavor and the whole egg.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
- Fold in diced peaches until evenly distributed.
- Roll cookie dough into uniform balls, then roll each ball in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
Notes
For best results, use fresh peaches when in season, but canned peaches work well too. The LorAnn Peach flavoring enhances the peach taste, but you can omit it if unavailable. Store cookies in an airtight container to maintain softness.
