Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, minced garlic, cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well mixed.
  2. Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.
  5. Roll up each tortilla tightly to form wraps.
  6. Brush the outside of each wrap with melted butter.
  7. Sprinkle garlic powder and dried parsley evenly over the wraps.
  8. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the wraps seam-side down for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
  9. Flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted and wraps are heated through.
  10. Remove from heat, slice in half if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

These wraps are versatile and can be customized with additional veggies or sauces. Using pre-cooked chicken saves time. Cooking the wraps in butter adds a crispy, flavorful crust.
