For the Crust:
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each bread slice and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Layer cheese and zucchini slices between two slices of bread, buttered sides facing out.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
