For the Crust:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup freeze-dried raspberries, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl
- Cream butter and both sugars until light and fluffy, then beat in eggs and vanilla
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined
- Fold in white chocolate chips and crushed freeze-dried raspberries
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft
- Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack
