- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chunks
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Gradually blend in flour mixture. Fold in white chocolate chunks and raspberries.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
