			For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Freeze-dried raspberries, for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in crushed graham crackers and raspberry jam until well combined.
- Chill mixture for 1 hour, then roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate with coconut oil, then dip each ball to coat. Sprinkle with crushed freeze-dried raspberries before chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour, before serving.
