White Chocolate Pistachio Fudge

Creamy white chocolate fudge loaded with crunchy pistachios for a delightful treat.

For the Crust:

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, salt, and chopped pistachios.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
