For the Crust:
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, salt, and chopped pistachios.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
