Ingredients
Scale
- 12 oz (340 g) white chocolate chips
- 1 cup (120 g) dried cranberries
- 1 cup (100 g) pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely smooth and melted.
- Stir in the dried cranberries, chopped pecans, vanilla extract, and sea salt (if using) until everything is well coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out to allow for spreading.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the clusters are set and firm.
- Once set, remove the clusters from the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
Notes
These clusters can be frozen for up to 3 months. For a festive touch, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top before chilling.
