White Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Clusters

Festive snowy bites combining creamy white chocolate, tart dried cranberries, and crunchy pecans, perfect for holiday treats or any special occasion.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 12 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips by heating in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely smooth and melted.
  2. Once melted, stir in the dried cranberries, chopped pecans, vanilla extract, and sea salt (if using) until everything is well coated.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, drop clusters of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the clusters are set and firm.
  6. Once set, remove the clusters from the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

Notes

These clusters can be customized by using different nuts or adding a drizzle of melted chocolate on top. They set quickly in the refrigerator and store well for up to two weeks in an airtight container.
