Ingredients
Scale
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips by heating in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted.
- Stir in the dried cranberries, chopped pecans, vanilla extract, and sea salt (if using) until everything is evenly coated with the melted white chocolate.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart to prevent sticking.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the clusters are set and firm.
- Once set, remove the clusters from the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
Notes
These clusters are quick to prepare and can be customized with different nuts or dried fruits. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks. For a sweeter-salty contrast, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top before setting.
