White Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Clusters

Easy-to-make sweet and crunchy clusters featuring creamy white chocolate, tart dried cranberries, and toasted pecans.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup pecans, toasted and roughly chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in cranberries, pecans, and sea salt until well coated.
  4. Drop tablespoon-sized clusters onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
