For the Crust:
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup pecans, toasted and roughly chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in cranberries, pecans, and sea salt until well coated.
- Drop tablespoon-sized clusters onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
