White Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Clusters

Delicious and easy-to-make white chocolate clusters with dried cranberries and pecans for a sweet and crunchy treat.

For the Crust:

  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt.
  4. Gently fold in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans until fully coated.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Let the clusters cool at room temperature or refrigerate for 15 minutes until set.
