For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz white chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup blueberry jam
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and melted white chocolate. Pour over crust.
- Swirl blueberry jam and fresh blueberries into the batter. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
