For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls, split
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Butter the inside of each hoagie roll. Fill each with the beef mixture.
- Top each sandwich with one slice of provolone and one slice of cheddar cheese.
- Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and rolls are toasted.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
