Turkey Cranberry Pinwheels

Delicious and easy-to-make pinwheels with turkey, cream cheese, and cranberry sauce, perfect for parties or snacks.

For the Crust:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 lb sliced turkey breast
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with garlic powder and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Spread a layer of cranberry sauce over the cream cheese.
  4. Layer the turkey slices and baby spinach leaves on top.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve chilled.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
