For the Crust:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 lb sliced turkey breast
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with garlic powder and black pepper until smooth.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Spread a layer of cranberry sauce over the cream cheese.
- Layer the turkey slices and baby spinach leaves on top.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve chilled.
