Turkey Cranberry Pinwheels

Delicious and creamy turkey pinwheels with a hint of sweetness from cranberries, wrapped in tortillas with cream cheese, chives, turkey, cheese, and lettuce—perfect as an appetizer or snack.

  • Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes (including chilling)
  • Yield: 8-10 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 burrito-size or wrap-size tortillas
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions
  • 12 ounces turkey slices
  • 8 ounces Havarti cheese slices
  • Romaine lettuce ribs removed

Instructions

  1. Combine softened cream cheese, chopped chives, and dried cranberries in a small bowl. Mix until combined.
  2. Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over two tortillas placed side by side, slightly overlapping.
  3. Layer on turkey slices, Havarti cheese slices, and romaine lettuce.
  4. Starting at the short end, roll the tortillas tightly and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set up. If chilling longer, wrap tightly in plastic wrap before refrigerating.
  5. When ready to serve, slice the roll-ups into 1-inch pieces and arrange on a serving platter.

Notes

1. Soften the cream cheese well for easy spreading and even mixing.
2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly and generously to distribute cranberries throughout.
3. Chill the pinwheels for at least one hour to set before slicing for clean, neat pieces.
