Turkey Cranberry Pinwheels

These Turkey Cranberry Pinwheels are a deliciously creamy appetizer with a hint of sweetness from dried cranberries, wrapped in tortillas with turkey, cheese, and lettuce. Perfect for parties or easy snacks.

Ingredients

  • 4 burrito-size tortillas
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions
  • 12 ounces turkey slices
  • 8 ounces Havarti cheese slices
  • Romaine lettuce ribs removed

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped chives, and dried cranberries. Mix until combined.
  2. Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over two tortillas placed side by side, slightly overlapping.
  3. Layer turkey, cheese, and lettuce evenly on top of the cream cheese layer.
  4. Starting at the short end, roll tortillas tightly and wrap with plastic wrap.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set up.
  6. When ready to serve, slice into 1 inch pieces and arrange on a platter.

Notes

Soften the cream cheese well for easy spreading. Chill the pinwheels to help them hold their shape before slicing. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly to distribute cranberries throughout.
