- 4 burrito-size tortillas
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 3 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions
- 12 ounces turkey slices
- 8 ounces Havarti cheese slices
- Romaine lettuce ribs removed
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped chives, and dried cranberries. Mix until combined.
- Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over two tortillas placed side by side, slightly overlapping.
- Layer turkey, cheese, and lettuce evenly on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Starting at the short end, roll tortillas tightly and wrap with plastic wrap.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set up.
- When ready to serve, slice into 1 inch pieces and arrange on a platter.
Notes
Soften the cream cheese well for easy spreading. Chill the pinwheels to help them hold their shape before slicing. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly to distribute cranberries throughout.
