Toffee Apple Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 8- ounce package of cream cheese (room temperature)
  • ⅔ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 8- ounce package Heath English Toffee Bits (Bits O’ Brickle – the one without the milk chocolate)
  • 34 medium tart apples (sliced)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric hand mixer on medium speed for 2-3 minutes. Add in brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla and continue beating for an additional 3 minutes. With a rubber spatula, fold in the toffee bits until fully incorporated.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Serve with apple slices.
