Irresistibly Tangy Lime Cheesecake Tartlets

Fresh, creamy, and just the right amount of zest! These lime cheesecake tartlets are the perfect balance of tangy and sweet.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp lime zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of each liner.
  3. Bake crusts for 5 minutes, then remove and let cool.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  5. Spoon filling over cooled crusts. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream and additional lime zest if desired before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
