Instructions
- Combine 1/2 cup cocoa powder with 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar.
- Add in the chopped nuts and mix well.
- Moisten the mixture with the sweetened condensed milk, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Shape the mixture into balls.
- Combine the remaining cocoa powder and confectioners' sugar.
- Roll the balls through the cocoa and sugar mixture to coat.
- Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
These snowballs are quick and easy to prepare with no baking required. For best texture, chill before serving. You can substitute nuts or omit them for a nut-free version.
