Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mashed sweet potato, almond butter, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add cocoa powder, almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  4. Fold in dark chocolate chips, then pour batter into prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool before slicing.
