For the Crust:
- 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, honey, ground ginger, cinnamon, melted butter, chopped almonds, and vanilla extract to form a thick filling.
- Scoop the filling into the cored halves of the pears, pressing gently to pack it in.
- Place the stuffed pears on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until the pears are tender and the filling is golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
