Stuffed Pears with Almond & Ginger Filling

Delicious baked pears stuffed with a sweet almond and ginger filling, perfect for a healthy dessert or snack.

For the Crust:

  • 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, honey, ground ginger, cinnamon, melted butter, chopped almonds, and vanilla extract to form a thick filling.
  3. Scoop the filling into the cored halves of the pears, pressing gently to pack it in.
  4. Place the stuffed pears on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until the pears are tender and the filling is golden.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
