Instructions
- In a blender, combine 2 oz Malibu rum, 1 oz coconut cream, 6 oz fresh pineapple juice, 1 cup fresh strawberries, and 1/2 cup crushed ice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup whipped cream with 1 oz Malibu rum until well combined.
- Pour the blended strawberry piña colada into a glass, top with Malibu frosting, and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
Notes
Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor. Adjust ice for desired thickness. For a non-alcoholic version, substitute rum with pineapple juice. Garnish enhances presentation.
