For the Crust:
- 1 box white cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, prepare cake batter according to package directions using eggs, oil, and water. Pour into prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and melted butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until creamy. Fold in chopped strawberries.
- Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture over cake batter. Use a knife to swirl through the batter.
- Sprinkle white chocolate chips over the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until center is set.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
