- 1 cup Golden Oreo crumbs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup strawberry puree
- 1/2 cup crushed Golden Oreos mixed with 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberry powder for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a mini muffin tin with liners.
- Mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Press into liners to form crusts.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Spoon filling over crusts. Add dollops of strawberry puree and swirl with a toothpick.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool completely, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Top with strawberry-Oreo crunch mixture before serving.
