Strawberry Cream Cheese Crumble Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll crescent dough and press seams together to form a rectangle.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla. Spread over dough, then top with diced strawberries.
  3. Roll dough tightly from the long end, then slice into 8 rolls. Place in a greased baking dish.
  4. For the crumble: mix flour and brown sugar, then cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over rolls.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Let cool slightly, then drizzle with a mix of powdered sugar and milk.
