- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll crescent dough and press seams together to form a rectangle.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla. Spread over dough, then top with diced strawberries.
- Roll dough tightly from the long end, then slice into 8 rolls. Place in a greased baking dish.
- For the crumble: mix flour and brown sugar, then cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over rolls.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Let cool slightly, then drizzle with a mix of powdered sugar and milk.
