Strawberry Cheesecake Crunch Bites

Delicious bite-sized treats combining creamy cheesecake, fresh strawberries, and a crunchy graham cracker crust.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press into mini muffin tin cups to form crusts.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in diced strawberries.
  3. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crusts. Drizzle with melted white chocolate. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
