Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Refrigerate the cheesecake filling for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, melted butter, and crushed freeze-dried strawberries; set aside.
  4. Roll the chilled cheesecake filling into small balls.
  5. Dip each ball in a strawberry glaze (optional) and then roll in the graham cracker mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  6. Place coated bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.

Notes
