Strawberry Cheesecake Crunch Bites

Delicious bite-sized treats combining creamy cheesecake, fresh strawberries, and a crunchy graham cracker crust.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a lined mini muffin tin to form crusts.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in diced strawberries and whipped cream gently. Spoon the mixture over the crusts.
  4. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips if desired. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
