For the Crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into mini muffin tin cups to form the base.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in diced strawberries, then spoon the mixture over the graham cracker bases.
- Drizzle with melted white chocolate and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
