Strawberry Cheesecake Crunch Bites

Delicious bite-sized treats combining creamy cheesecake, fresh strawberries, and a crunchy graham cracker crust.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined mini muffin tin to form small crusts.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in diced strawberries and whipped cream gently.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crusts and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
