Strawberry Brownie Recipe: Easy, Delicious & Fudgy Treat

A decadent fudgy brownie swirled with fresh strawberry puree for a sweet and tangy twist.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar (for strawberry puree)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  3. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, blend strawberries and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Pour brownie batter into the pan. Drop spoonfuls of strawberry puree on top and swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool before slicing.

Notes
