For the Crust:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (for strawberry puree)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, blend strawberries and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour brownie batter into the pan. Drop spoonfuls of strawberry puree on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool before slicing.
