Sparkling Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Truffles

Decadent chocolate truffles infused with warm pumpkin spice and coated in sparkling sugar for a festive treat.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup sparkling sugar or coarse sugar for coating

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat cream in saucepan until simmering, then pour over chopped chocolate. Let sit 2 minutes, then whisk until smooth.
  2. Whisk in pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice until fully incorporated. Chill mixture for 2 hours until firm.
  3. Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls, then roll in sparkling sugar to coat completely. Store in refrigerator.
