Instructions

  1. Thoroughly coat a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray and heat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the pan.
  3. Whip cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in eggs one at a time, then add sour cream, flour, pineapple juice, and orange juice.
  5. Separate the batter into two portions and add orange food coloring if desired.
  6. Pour the batter into the crust and create a swirl pattern with a knife.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes, then loosen the edges with a knife and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
