Instructions
- Thoroughly coat a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray and heat oven to 325°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the pan.
- Whip cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla extract.
- Fold in eggs one at a time, then add sour cream, flour, pineapple juice, and orange juice.
- Separate the batter into two portions and add orange food coloring if desired.
- Pour the batter into the crust and create a swirl pattern with a knife.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then loosen the edges with a knife and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Garnish with whipped cream, pineapple, orange slices, and mint before serving.
