For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Brown ground beef with onion and bell pepper in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add cooked macaroni and shredded cheese to the skillet. Stir until cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
- Warm tortillas according to package directions. Spoon filling onto each tortilla, fold in sides, and roll tightly. Serve immediately.
