For the Crust:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season shrimp with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, and honey to create the sauce.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Spread a layer of sauce on each tortilla.
- Divide cooked shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion evenly among the tortillas.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap. Serve immediately.
