Shrimp Wrap

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Season shrimp with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, and honey to create the sauce.
  3. Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Spread a layer of sauce on each tortilla.
  4. Divide cooked shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion evenly among the tortillas.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap. Serve immediately.
