Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Cups

Easy and delicious breakfast cups made with sausage, eggs, and cheese, perfect for meal prep or a quick morning bite.

For the Crust:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Stir in cooked sausage and shredded cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tin. Serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
