For the Crust:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until well combined.
- Fold in crushed pretzels and chocolate chips (if using). Scoop dough into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet. Flatten slightly with a fork.
- Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Let cool on sheet for 5 minutes before transferring.
