For the Crust:
- 2 cups chocolate chip cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips, then pour filling over crust. Bake for 45-50 minutes until center is set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Drizzle with salted caramel sauce before serving.
