Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

A decadent cheesecake with rich chocolate chips and a swirl of salted caramel, all on a buttery graham cracker crust.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce, plus more for topping
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Pour filling over crust. Drizzle caramel sauce over top and swirl with a knife. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes until center is set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
