For the Crust:
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the mixture onto each Ritz cracker and arrange on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the topping is bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
