For the Crust:
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 6–8 lemons)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh raspberries and lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a blender, puree the raspberries until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds.
- In a large pitcher, combine the raspberry puree, lemon juice, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Add cold water and stir well to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill and allow flavors to meld.
- Serve over ice, garnished with fresh raspberries and lemon slices if desired.
