Reese’s Butterfinger Cheesecake Bars

Decadent no-bake cheesecake bars with a chocolate cookie crust, creamy peanut butter filling, and topped with Reese’s and Butterfinger candy pieces.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
  • 1 cup crushed Butterfinger bars
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter; press into 9×13 pan and chill 15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  4. Spread filling over crust and smooth top.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped Reese’s and crushed Butterfinger pieces.
  6. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
