Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the mini Reese’s Pieces, mini chocolate chips, and crushed peanut butter cups (if using) until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it tightly in plastic wrap.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours to firm up.
- In a shallow dish, combine the mini Reese’s Pieces, mini chocolate chips, and crushed peanut butter cups for the coating.
- Remove the chilled cheese ball from the refrigerator and unwrap it.
- Roll the cheese ball in the coating mixture until evenly covered.
- Place the coated cheese ball on a serving plate and serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices.
Notes
