- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup peanut butter, warmed
- 1/2 cup chopped Reese's peanut butter cups
- 2 cups Reese's Pieces, for decorating
- Graham crackers, for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl using a hand mixer or stand mixer, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, peanut butter, and chopped Reese's peanut butter cups until combined.
- Transfer mixture to plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate until slightly firm, about 1 hour.
- Unwrap and place the cheese ball on a serving platter.
- Press Reese's Pieces all over the outside of the ball.
- Let soften for 20 minutes before serving.
- Serve with graham crackers.
Notes
For best flavor and texture, allow the cheese ball to soften slightly before serving. This dessert pairs well with graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices for a variety of dipping options.
